Company History
Stenning Consultancy Limited was incorporated in October 2001 and provides a portfolio of Management Development, Training and Workplace Mediation Services across a range of business sectors.
Over the years, we have increasingly been asked to provide alternative dispute resolution in the form of workplace mediation as a means of resolving conflict between two or more people. This is proving to be the most cost effective way for organisations to facilitate difficult conversations between staff who have ‘fallen out’ in some way.
