Principal Consultant/Managing Director
Letitia’s career spans extensive periods as an educator, and then as head of education personnel for two local authorities. Prior to establishing Stenning Consultancy in 2001, Letitia was assistant director (training and development) for a national charity before going freelance as a trainer in January 2000. As a firm believer in lifelong learning Letitia also has a diploma in personnel and employment law, diploma in stress management, certificate in teaching drama and most recently completed her master practitioner certificate in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). She is currently enjoying a course in Group Dynamics with Michael Grinder.
Letitia lives in west London and has a daughter at university. She is actively involved in her local community on a voluntary basis as a primary school governor and community mediator. |

Senior Associate
Catherine is an independent trainer/facilitator, who designs and delivers a range of personal and professional development programmes including assertiveness, equal opportunities and diversity at work. Clients include HM Prison Service and The National Health Service. Catherine has been trained to a high standard and accredited by Redwood Women’s Training organisation, and has a wealth of experience of working with diverse groups and individuals. Catherine is course director at Birkbeck College for their Interpersonal Communication Skills programmes and she is also an experienced counsellor, healer, mediator and life coach. |

Senior Associate
Helen is a freelance trainer and consultant who specialises in two main areas of work – all aspects of Interpersonal Skills and Diversity issues. Helen has worked in the UK and abroad as a teacher, trainer, mediator, facilitator, consultant, researcher, writer, organiser and conference speaker with the public, private and voluntary sectors, as well as holding managerial, development and liaison posts. Her doctorate examines the psychological nature of discrimination. Helen is an ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) qualified complementary therapist who can work with organisations to develop Wellness programmes for individual staff, particularly those delivering front-line services under pressure and/or in stressful environments. |

Associate
Patricia is a Management and Staff Development Professional who works well with people at all levels and can offer a broad range of practical and effective training courses as well as Consultancy on establishing training programmes and Business Coaching. Energetic and enthusiastic, Patricia has wide experience in all aspects of training, and she’s the author of numerous self-help books and training manuals. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, Business Coach and an NVQ Assessor for Management Levels 3 and 4. |

Office Manager
Brought up in Kent and East Sussex Jenny has lived and worked in Berkshire, Thames Valley and West London. She has always enjoyed a life which involved interaction with lots of people and has spent many years as the Personal Assistant and Chief Administrator to the Director of a large Voluntary Organisation working with people of all ages. Jenny has also enjoyed working as a secretary, a Civil Servant, a professional squash coach and was once a glazier in a busy optician!
She has a close connection with a small charity supporting the children of HIV/Aids parents in north London and actively fund raises for them. |
