Management Development Programmes

Stenning Consultancy will create tailor-made development programmes to meet identified people management needs within your organisation. Programmes will equip managers with the core skills required to meet organisational objectives and individual goals. This can be on a one-to-one or group basis.

For a new manager, the transition from team member to team leader can sometimes be daunting. Similarly, following organisational change, a manager leading a new team may lack the confidence to motivate.
