Letitia Stenning B.ED (Hons) MBA
Principal Consultant/Managing Director

Letitia’s career spans extensive periods as an educator, and then as head of education personnel for two local authorities. Prior to establishing Stenning Consultancy in 2001, Letitia was assistant director (training and development) for a national charity before going freelance as a trainer in January 2000.

As a firm believer in lifelong learning Letitia also has a diploma in personnel and employment law, diploma in stress management, diploma in teaching adults in further and higher education and is a master practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Following completion of a course in interpersonal communication skills at Birkbeck College, Letitia now teaches several of the modules on this programme.

Letitia moved to east London in August 2010 and is in the process of renovating the new house whilst living in it! She has a daughter who works in the retail sector and a step son who became a proud father for the second time late last year. She is actively involved in her local community on a voluntary basis; as chair of governors for a two-form entry primary school and as an experienced mediator for community, restorative justice and hate crime cases.

She is currently enjoying collaborating with Sonya Welch-Moring of Coaching Cultures.

Catherine Shaw Senior Associate

Catherine is an independent trainer/facilitator, who designs and delivers a range of personal and professional development programmes including assertiveness, equal opportunities and diversity at work. Clients include HM Prison Service and The National Health Service. Catherine has been trained to a high standard and accredited by Redwood Women’s Training organisation, and has a wealth of experience of working with diverse groups and individuals. Catherine is course director at Birkbeck College for their Interpersonal Communication Skills programmes and she is also an experienced counsellor, healer, mediator and life coach.

Jenny Clare Office Manager

Brought up in Kent and East Sussex Jenny has lived and worked in Berkshire, Thames Valley and West London. She has always enjoyed a life which involved interaction with lots of people and has spent many years as the Personal Assistant and Chief Administrator to the Director of a large Voluntary Organisation working with people of all ages. Jenny has also enjoyed working as a secretary, a Civil Servant, a professional squash coach and was once a glazier in a busy optician!
She has a close connection with a small charity supporting the children of HIV/Aids parents in north London and actively fund raises for them.
